Perfect for solo adventurers
The shower pressure and heat were really great, just like I like it. The staff, they were very nice-helpful when I needed directions, which is always a plus.
Wasn't exactly cheap but I guess you pay for good service.

Enjoyed my time here, especially chilling out on the balcony and taking advantage of the cozy little reading nook. There are great outdoor seating areas to unwind and a lovely patio to relax. The only downside was the lack of a towel rack in the bathroom, making it tricky to hang wet towels. 😊

great stay but minor noise issues
The shower pressure and heat were consistent throughout our stay, making for refreshing mornings. The staff truly excelled, providing helpful tips and making us feel welcomed. The location near Sao Bento Train Station made it easy to explore the area, and we found excellent nearby dining options like Don Pepe and Le Frenchy that we enjoyed thoroughly.
There was some noise from outside that occasionally interrupted our sleep.

My kids wished for more transport options to get to the apartment easily.

The location's really great, just a short walk from Batalha Square and São Bento train station. Mr Filipe was super nice, offering great tips on where to eat and what to see. The room was cozy but had very little space for luggage. I had some trouble with the lack of room amenities, like nowhere to hang towels. The bathroom felt cramped, too. Unexpectedly, the evening time had a bit of noise from the kebab place next door. The cleaning service could definitely use some improvement, as it wasn’t consistent. I would've liked to have clean towels delivered more regularly.

will certainly stay here again
Location was super handy, close to Sao Bento Station and a short walk to the river. The Twin Room with Balcony I was cozy, with a comfy bed and a nice view from the balcony. Had a mini fridge, coffee machine, hairdryer, and a good shower. Also appreciated the working air conditioning!

Perfect location and comfy vibes
Spent 2 nights in a Superior Double Room. Super close to Sao Bento Train Station, which made exploring the city easy peasy. The shower was amazing—great pressure and hot water! Staff were awesome, really helpful. Pro tip, don’t miss Don Pepe for some yum Mexican food, just a quick walk away! Only thing is, check-in was a bit of a mess.
